Imagine Pediatrics

Imagine Pediatrics is an innovative, tech-enabled medical group delivering 24/7 virtual and in-home pediatric care to children with special health care needs. Powered by analytics and proprietary technology, we expand access to fully integrated and personalized medical, behavioral, and social care and support at home, empowering kids and their families to get the unwavering 24/7 support they deserve. Energized by our mission to reimagine pediatric health care together, we are pioneering virtual and in-home comprehensive care services that include care coordination and around-the-clock access to our team of board-certified pediatricians, complex care doctors, advanced practice providers, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and other clinical staff, right from home. There is often no cost for eligible children if our services are part of their existing health plan benefits. Our multidisciplinary medical group doesn’t replace a child’s existing care team. Instead, we collaborate with them to deliver continuous longitudinal care and support to kids, so they can spend less unnecessary time in the hospital and more time safe at home and in their communities. In partnership with caregivers, providers, and health plans, we break down the barriers that stand between families and the care their children need and deserve. We know we can’t solve every challenge in the lives of these kids, but we can work tirelessly to give them, their families, and other caregivers the help and relief they need, right when they need it. We know a better approach to pediatric health care is within reach, and we are committed to seizing it today.
