Julie Emory serves as the Pediatric Medical Home Coordinator for the Bureau of Family Health, Office of Public Health, Louisiana Department of Health, as well as, the CDC Learn the Signs. Act Early. ambassador for Louisiana. Her work focuses on strengthening the ability of healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive medical home services, ensuring positive outcomes for children with and without special healthcare needs. She holds a Master's degree in Family and Child Development and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in Child Life, both from Louisiana Tech University. Additionally, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Infant-Toddler Mental Health from Portland State University.
